- Identification of packages of measures and consolidation/reporting in the project management office (PMO)

- You have an excellent university degree and several years of professional experience in a consulting environment, also as a (partial) project manager
- You think strategically and entrepreneurially - and are 'hands-on' at the same time
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills are your strengths.
- Your proven expertise covers areas such as HR strategy & organisation and personnel restructuring.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are a team player with interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in German and English.
